Made-to-measure
How does the measurement process work?
At your first appointment, we'll take all relevant measurements and discuss your wishes together. This way, we can ensure your outfit fits perfectly.
How long will it take for my tailor-made suit to be ready?
It usually takes 4–6 weeks, depending on the fabric choice and the season. We'll keep you updated on the status at any time.
Can I have my suit adjusted later?
Yes, minor adjustments are possible at any time. Just ask us in the store – we'll find a solution.
Which fabrics are available to me?
We work with a wide selection of high-quality fabrics from renowned weavers around the world – from classic virgin wool to modern blends.
Is there a minimum order quantity for made-to-measure clothing?
No, you can order a single custom-made item – such as a jacket or trousers – at any time.
Products & Range
What products do you offer in your online shop?
In addition to custom-made clothing for existing customers, you will find shoes, accessories, knitwear, belts, and other ready-to-wear products.
Can I order tailor-made suits online?
A bespoke suit can only be ordered after a personal measurement has been taken. Online reorders are only possible for existing customers.
Are there any gift ideas or vouchers?
Yes, we offer stylish vouchers that can be redeemed both online and in our stores.
Do you have seasonal collections?
Yes, we regularly introduce new fabrics and ready-to-wear highlights to suit the seasons.
Do you also offer custom-made shirts?
Yes, in addition to suits, we also make custom-made shirts, vests, chinos, jeans and outerwear.
Stores & Locations
In which cities can I find you?
You can find our stores in several German cities. A current overview can be found on our locations page.
Can I come by without an appointment?
For a personalized consultation, we recommend booking an appointment in advance. This ensures we have enough time for you.
Can I get measured in any store?
Yes, all stores specialize in taking measurements.
Is there parking near your stores?
Yes, we deliberately choose our locations to be central and easily accessible. You can find more detailed information on the respective location pages.
Can I reschedule my appointment at short notice?
Of course. Please let us know in advance so we can find a new, suitable date.
Order & Payment
What payment methods do you offer?
You can conveniently pay online with PayPal or credit card. Additional payment options are available in-store.
Can I change or cancel my order?
This is possible as long as production hasn't started yet. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Is there a deposit required for custom-made items?
Yes, a deposit is usually required because we order the fabrics individually for you.
Will I receive a VAT invoice?
Yes, of course you will receive a proper invoice by email.
Can I also pay in installments?
We do not currently offer installment payments, but are exploring options for the future.
Shipping & Returns
How long does it take to ship my online order?
We usually ship ready-to-wear items within 2-3 working days.
Are there any shipping costs?
Shipping is free for orders over a certain value. Details can be found during checkout.
Can I return custom-made clothing?
Custom-made items are non-returnable as they are made individually for you.
How do I return ready-to-wear items?
Simply use the enclosed return label and send the goods back to us within the return period.
How long does the refund take?
Refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.
